Paul - Managing Director

Paul is the Managing Director of Your Way Disability SA, bringing many years of senior leadership experience across both education and the disability sector. With a strong foundation in leadership and mentoring, he provides clear direction and strategic oversight, ensuring the organisation delivers high-quality, person-centred support.

Paul leads with integrity and a practical, outcomes-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on building a capable team and a positive, accountable culture. His focus is on delivering services that are responsive, consistent, and make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

He works closely with the leadership team to ensure service delivery remains aligned with best practice, supporting participants, families, and staff through a clear vision and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Gemma - Director & Lead Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Gemma is a Director of Your Way Disability SA and leads our Behaviour Support team with a high level of expertise and professionalism. She holds advanced qualifications in Social Work and Learning Disabilities Nursing, alongside many years of experience across the disability sector. Gemma is a confident and highly capable leader in Positive Behaviour Support, known for her depth of knowledge, clinical insight, and strong commitment to evidence-based practice.

She works closely with participants, families, and support teams to develop and oversee high-quality PBS plans that are practical, effective, and tailored to each individual. Her approach focuses on understanding the person, reducing risk, and creating meaningful, long-term outcomes that improve quality of life.

Gemma also plays a key role in mentoring and guiding practitioners and staff, ensuring consistent, high-standard delivery of support across all environments. Her leadership underpins a safe, person-centred, and outcome-focused approach across the organisation.

Monica - Senior Payroll & Finance Officer

Monica is our Senior Finance and Payroll Officer, overseeing all financial management and payroll functions across the organisation with precision and care. With a strong background in accounting and experience across financial operations, she brings a high level of expertise and attention to detail to her role. Monica has also completed her Masters in Business Analytics, further strengthening her ability to manage data, reporting, and financial insights. She is dedicated to delivering high quality work and clear, consistent communication, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for participants, families and providers.

Kerry - Service Coordinator

Kerry plays a central role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly through her organised, reliable, and approachable manner. As a key point of contact for participants, families, and stakeholders, she provides end-to-end support, ensuring enquiries, coordination, and service needs are managed seamlessly from start to finish.

With a strong understanding of NDIS processes and our service delivery, Kerry ensures timely, efficient communication and consistent follow-through, helping both our team and participants navigate supports with confidence and ease.

Jess - Service Coordinator

Jess plays a key role in supporting our day to day operations, bringing a calm, organised and approachable presence to the team. With extensive experience in the disability sector, along with valuable lived experience, she offers a well rounded and practical understanding of the supports our participants require. Jess works closely with our team to ensure services are coordinated efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on clear communication and responsive support across NDIS services and Positive Behaviour Support.

Bella - Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Bella brings a strong foundation in psychology, combined with extensive experience in the disability sector, to her role as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has a deep understanding of human behaviour and uses this knowledge to develop thoughtful, evidence-based PBS plans that are both practical and meaningful for each individual.

Bella is known for her innovative approach to communication, ensuring that strategies are clear, accessible, and easy for participants, families, and support teams to implement. She is highly skilled in translating complex behavioural concepts into simple, workable solutions that lead to real outcomes.

Her ability to train and support teams is a key strength, delivering guidance in a way that builds confidence, consistency, and capability across all environments. Bella’s approach is centred on understanding the person, creating strategies that genuinely work in everyday life, and supporting long-term positive change.

Lee-Ann – Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Lee-Ann brings extensive experience in the disability sector, along with qualifications in Developmental Education and valuable lived experience that informs her approach to support. She provides NDIS assistance with a clear, practical focus, helping participants and families navigate their plans with confidence and understanding.

In addition to coordination, Lee-Ann offers hands-on support within therapy settings, applying her knowledge to deliver meaningful, person-centred outcomes. She is known for her approachable and organised manner, building strong relationships and ensuring consistency across supports.

Lee-Ann is committed to delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support, using evidence-based strategies to help individuals build skills, increase independence, and work towards their goals in a way that is both supportive and sustainable.

Jaya - Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Jaya is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and a registered Social Worker, bringing a strong foundation in social work practice and extensive experience within the disability sector. His approach is grounded in person-centred, practical support that focuses on improving everyday outcomes and enhancing quality of life.

Jaya works closely with participants, families, and support teams to develop and implement tailored Positive Behaviour Support plans that are both evidence-informed and effective in real-world settings. He has a strong ability to understand the broader context of a person’s life, ensuring strategies are meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with individual goals.

Known for his collaborative and thoughtful approach, Jaya uses innovative and practical methods to support positive change, reduce risk, and build capacity across all environments.

Susan - Marketing & Communications Coordinator

With experience in developing targeted content and managing brand communication, Susan helps promote our services in a way that is accessible and meaningful to participants, families, and the broader community. Jayden - Support Coordinator
