Where It All Started

Your Way Disability SA (YWDSA) began its journey in 2020, founded on the shared vision of our directors, Paul and Gemma. Driven by a passion for making a difference in the disability sector, they set out to create an organisation where quality service and participant-focused care were at the heart of everything. Paul brought years of experience in the NDIS as a senior manager, alongside his 12 years in education as a senior leader and child protection officer. Gemma, as the Clinical Lead Practitioner at YWDSA, leads a team of talented Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners (PBSPs). She began her career as a social worker and learning disabilities nurse before advancing to senior roles within the NDIS. Starting in a modest office in Glenelg, YWDSA quickly built a reputation for delivering exceptional, person-centered support. As the organisation grew, we relocated to Morphett Vale, establishing a larger, purpose-designed space to better meet the needs of our participants and their families.

At Your Way Disability SA, we offer flexible funding options to ensure our services are accessible to those who need them. As an NDIS-registered provider, we can deliver supports funded through NDIS plans, whether they are agency-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed. In addition, we accept funding from insurance claims, Return to Work SA, and fee-for-service direct payments for those who prefer to self-fund their support. Our team is happy to discuss your funding options and guide you through the process to ensure you receive the right support in a way that suits your circumstances.
