With qualifications in Social Work and as a Learning Disabilities Nurse, Gemma combines clinical knowledge with a warm, person centred approach that has made her highly regarded across the disability sector.
Throughout her career, Gemma has worked extensively with individuals who require Positive Behaviour Support, including those with intellectual disability, autism, psychosocial disability, and communication challenges. Her practice is grounded in respectful engagement, detailed assessment, and practical strategies that genuinely improve quality of life.
